      For individuals:

A valid identity card, passport or other effective identity documents approved by the People’s Republic of China.

If you ask a trustee to register, your agent should provide a Letter of Authorization from you, copy of your identity documents and your trustee’s original identity cards or documents.

If it is a corporate representative registering, Certificate of Representative’s Identity from the company, original identity card, and copies of the valid Duplicate of Business License (with official seal) are required.

* Note: If an agent does not provide China Guardian with the certificates that have been approved by China Guardian for being the trustee of a bidder, each agent will be taken as the bidder themselves.

For those clients who participate in China Guardian’s auction for the first time, bidders must fill out a form of credit information and register in person.

2. Pay deposit, receive bidding paddle

Please check the amount of bidder deposit that should be paid by the clients who have no “Guardian Registration Card” in “The Plan for Guardian's Registered Clients” or call our client service office.

Special tips: If you ask a trustee to pay the deposit or the purchase price, a copy of the paying agent’s identification document and On Behalf of the Payment Confirmation should be supplied.
